Placing Your Order

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express as forms of payments and all payments are collected on a secure server.

We do not accept orders over the phone. All orders must be placed online via our website.

If your order is declined upon checkout, please confirm you entered your credit card information correctly and the billing address entered corresponds to the address on file with your bank. If you’re unable to complete your transaction after being declined, a “pending” charge may appear on your credit card statement but your card will not be charged and the “pending” transaction will be removed by your bank typically in 1 to 2 business days.

Shipping & Delivery

Please note that all products are preorders and the actual product will not ship until 5 weeks after the release date of July 8, 2014. In the event of a delayed ship date, you will be notified by email. Orders are shipped via UPS and the United States Postal Service.

International shipping rates and transit times vary depending on the destination. (Please note that customs charges may apply and that we cannot mark a package as a “gift”)

Immediately after placing an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email letting you know we have received your order. Once your package has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with your shipment tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking information to be updated.

Returns, Replacements & Cancellations

If you receive your order and…

– an item is missing
– an incorrect item has been shipped
– damage has occurred during transit
– a product is defective

…please contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order at for authorization of return. If applicable, please include pictures or video of any damages/malfunctions. We will work with you to rectify the issues you present. Issue tickets remain open for 30 days. If your issue has not been resolved within that time frame, we will close your ticket and provide a reason for the closure.

Please ship your return to the address below within 10 days using either the prepaid return label that we send to you (domestic customers) or the least expensive shipping option with tracking (international customers). International customers will be reimbursed for their return shipping costs. To be eligible for a refund of return shipping costs, all international customers must use our specified carrier with tracking service for shipping their return. After 10 days, we can no longer accept your return and the label will expire.

Only returns due to damaged or defective merchandise will be accepted.

Your order must be returned in the original packaging with all included products/pieces. If the original packaging is damaged, place the original packaging in a new carton when returning. If you are returning your product in the original packaging, please be sure to cover all previous shipping labels when applying the new shipping label to your package.


If you’d like to cancel your order please email customer service within one business day of placing your order. Orders shipped within one business day prior to the order being canceled cannot be canceled.


Once your cancellation or return request has been reviewed and approved, a refund will be issued to your account. Once your refund has been processed, please allow 4-6 business days for your account to be credited.

Taxes and Duties

Purchasers of this product may be subject to use tax. Check the laws in your state, and if Use Tax is owed, you can submit the Use Tax when completing your State Income Tax return.
